Q: What’s included?
A: Reserved seats are provided in increments of 5. A full picnic table seats 10 guests and groups of 5 guests will be at a shared picnic table. Complimentary beverages of beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages are provided at the picnic tables. Reserved parking is also included with this 100% tax deductible donation. The $500 level includes one parking space and table purchases of $1,000 include three parking spaces.

Q: How do I guarantee parking in the Vale Avenue parking lot?
A: The Parking Add-On may be purchased for an additional $250. This guarantees parking in the Vale Avenue parking lot and the ability to select the location of your picnic table. Quantities of this package are limited. 

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: The VIP Check-In opens at 11:30am. Your picnic table will be assigned to you, however the seats at the table are first come, first serve if you are sitting at a shared picnic table. The concert begins at 2pm.

Q: Will you be sending tickets in the mail?
A: No, tickets will not be sent in advance. You will be contacted leading up to the concert date to confirm your attendance and you will be asked for your guests' names. On the day of the concert, there is a VIP Check-in to obtain guest credentials and your table assignment.

Q: Is food provided?
A: Food is not included. Food is available for purchase at the food trucks in the West Meadow or through Tante’s in the Esplanade. You may also purchase boxed lunches for $25 per box in advance by calling 415-625-6006. Orders must be made the Thursday before the concert by 6pm.

Q: How do I reserve my seats if I have already donated $500 or above?
A: Email rsvp@sterngrove.org, or call 415-625-6006 and we will be happy to reserve your table for the concert.

Q: Can I split my seats between multiple concerts?
A: We are no longer able to accommodate splitting seats among more than one concert. Your donation entitles you to seats in increments of 5 and is good for one concert. An exception is made for donors who give $1,000 or more and they have an option to sit at the two communal tables designated for smaller parties. These seats must be reserved in advance and space is limited.
